The method of sampling based in the stipulated in the Method 1 of the TULSMA, Book SAW, Annex 3 (protected the methods of US EPA). The measurements of the gases of combustion in the chimneys realized with the analyzer of gases The results of the inventory, reflect the emissions produced in the six selected companies in the city of Loja, registering for sulfur dioxide (SO2) a minimum of 0,42 mg/m3and a maximum of 9,02 mg/m3; nitrogen oxides (NOx) with a minimum of 50,06 mg/m3and a maximum of 285,16 mg/m3; carbon monoxide (CO) in a minimum of 0,6 mg/m3and a maximum 519,49 mg/m3, which shows that the emissions generated by the companies do not exceed the permissible limits of the Ecuadorian norm For the design of the network of monitoring stations passive was based on the criteria proposed by the Agency of environmental protection of the United States of America (US EPA). To select measuring points for the monitoring inventory of fixed sources of ignition was used, as well as information of the dispersion of pollutant gases (inedited Montaño 2015), as well as data from CO2 emissions from motor vehicles in the city of Loja, calculated based on the thesis of Vivanco, unpublished 2015. For placement and location of equipment of monitoring was based on by US EPA 40CFR58, Appendix E. The network of monitoring proposal is made up of a network of monitoring passive (REMOPA) and a network monitoring meteorological (REMET). The network of monitoring stations passive consists of 13 sampling points distributed by sectors of high concentration of pollutants.
