Zusammenfassung:This final career project (PFC) describes the development of management project system with the use of web technology for DISYCONS construction (Design and Construction) Arenillas city, province of El Oro, with objective to automate processes: management information for the construction projects, clients and applicants and beneficiaries of the bonus provided by the MIDUVI (Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda), registration and control in the use of labor, building materials, machinery and additional expenses on each one of the construction, generation cost of each project management in existing building materials warehouse, administration of equipment and machinery. Its development has been done according to the parameters of the ICONIX software development methodology that is based in four phases are: Requirements Analysis, Analysis and Preliminary Design, Detailed Design and Implementation. The business platform for the company DISYCONS have been designed with client-server architecture, and the Model-View-Controller suitable for web environments. The development of the application is made on Java EE 5 platform and use of the JBossSeam framework in version 2.2, which facilitated the integration of web-tier components (JSF 1.2) and the business layer (EJB 3.0 / JPA 1.5 ) architecture defined by the Java EE 5.
