Yhteenveto:This research work aims to develop a feasibility project for the production and commercialization of artisanal blackberry-flavored wine, called "La Capellanita," in the city of Loja. The study evaluated its viability through the fulfillment of various objectives: In the market study, demand, supply, unmet demand were determined, and marketing strategies were proposed. The technical study covered the size, location, project engineering, and the functional structure of the company. In the economic-financial analysis, cost and revenue budgets, break-even point, profit and loss statement, and cash flow were established. Finally, the financial evaluation verified the project's viability. The research was conducted in the city of Loja and combined qualitative and quantitative approaches of an exploratory and descriptive nature, using deductive, inductive, and analytical methods, along with research techniques such as direct observation, bibliographic review, and surveys. The results demonstrated the project's feasibility with a Net Present Value (NPV) of $159,609.86; an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 71.11%, higher than the opportunity cost rate; a Capital Recovery Period (CRP) of 1 year, 10 months, and 6 days; the Benefit/Cost Ratio (BCR) shows a profitability of 0.43 cents for each dollar invested; and the Sensitivity Analysis (SA) indicates that the project can withstand an increase in costs of up to 24.81% and a reduction in revenues of 17.85%. Based on these results, it is concluded that the project is viable and profitable, being feasible for execution in the market of the city of Loja.
