All patients were above 30 years and those most affected were the largest to 70years (72%). The medical history and complaints were mainly pulmonary diseases , just as in 100% of patients for signs of injury to the lung parenchyma , 13 patients ( 23%) had radiographic evidence of cardiac abnormalities was found. In 34 patients (61 % ) the diameter of the pulmonary trunk to the greater diameter of the aorta was observed. 14 patients ( 25 %) had a larger diameter segmental bronchus to the artery adjacent Tomography is a useful tool in the noninvasive detection of signs of pulmonary arterial hypertension. The main diseases associated with signs of pulmonary hypertension were mentioning COPD lung diseases and interstitial pneumonia ; heart disease showed a lesser percentage.
