The objetives of this investigation were know the percentage of treatment adherence and also the principal factors which affects it. This was a descriptive, transversal and quantitative research, the partakers were selected from The Hypertension Club of “Hospital de Motupe”, with a sample of 50 patients. Applying Morisky Green Test and an out previously inquest were obtained these results: the 64% (n=34) weren´t adherents to the treatment, whitin the relationated factors, the 96% (n=48) manifested interest to keep healthy, and the totality 100% didn’t express any inconvenience with medication. Concluding, to accomplish a treatment includes some aspects that should interact correctly to get an optimun outcome. Keywords: Hypertension, adherence, relationated factors |

Keywords: Hypertension, adherence, relationated factorsLa adherencia al tratamiento y los factores que influyen en ella, ha sido un tema de gran relevancia, y un reto encontrar métodos que permitan mejorar los aspectos que impiden que un paciente cumpla adecuadamente con su tratamiento. Los objetivos de esta investigación fueron conocer el porcentaje de adherencia al tratamiento, así como también los principales factores que influyen en el tema. El presente estudio fue de tipo descriptivo, transversal con enfoque cuantitativo, se seleccionaron a los pacientes que acuden al Club de Hipertensos del Hospital de Motupe, con una muestra de 50 pacientes. Mediante la aplicación del Test de Morisky Green y una encuesta previamente elaborada se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: el 64% (n=34) no fue adherente al tratamiento, dentro de los factores relacionados el 96% (n=48) manifestó interés por mantenerse sano, y la totalidad 100% expresó no presentar ninguna molestia con la medicación. Concluyendo que el cumplimiento del tratamiento incluye varios aspectos que deben interactuar correctamente para permitir una respuesta óptima.
