PROYECTO DE FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNA SUCURSAL DE LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL PAÑALERA BABYSHOP EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA

The feasibility project for the creation of a branch of the commercial company Diapera Babyshop in the city of Loja, comprises a plan of analysis of diverse factors in order to establish a branch as an alternative to improve the attention and to cover with All the demand of clients and thus to obtain a better performance of the same ones and to be able to fulfill in full with the goals and objectives proposed. The present project was based on five specific objectives: market research, technical, administrative-legal, economic-financial and financial evaluation. To comply with these objectives, different methods were used as the scientist who served as a systematic guide to carry out the whole investigation process through the acquisition of new knowledge, the inductive method that helped to establish the Demand, the conclusions and recommendations, the descriptive method detailing the processes and requirements necessary for the organization of the project, and later the analytical method where the information obtained from the surveys was analyzed, as well as Also the results issued by the financial assessment indicators. For the results obtained in the market study, it was demonstrated that there is a demand of 304 customers as a result of the acceptance and creation of the new branch, in the technical study, it was established that the location of the new branch will be located in the area North of the city of Loja. The legal aspects of the entity were then detailed, where the operating permits, the functions manuals of each office and the rules of procedure of the new branch were determined. Finally, the financial study was carried out detailing the resources used as investment, financing, costs, income, profitability, and cash flow to later use the financial assessment tools as the value Current NET, internal rate of return, benefit-cost ratio, period of capital recovery and sensitivity analysis.
