Zusammenfassung: | The present research work is called: METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGIES FOR THE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT WITH PERFORMANCE CRITERIA OF THE MATHEMATICS TOPIC AMONGST STUDENTS OF TENTH YEAR OF BASIC GENERAL EDUCATION MORNING SECTION OF 27 DE FERBRERO HIGH SCHOOL OF THE CITY OF LOJA, PERIOD 2016-2017. General Objective: To determine the incidence of the methodological strategies that are used for the development of skills in the mathematics subject amongst the students of tenth year of Basic General Education, morning section of 27 de Febrero High School of the city of Loja, period 2016-2017. In this investigation, could determine that the strategies most used for the skill development with performance criteria are: teaching based on the problems, expository teaching and teaching by contrasting and explaining, also, math’s teachers do not train on methodological strategies constantly. Besides, teachers during their classes did not use enough didactic material that permit to the students to develop their logical reasoning causing a low skills development with performance criteria,that is a limitation in students’ academic training. Finally, this research work proved that the main reason why students cannot develop skills with performance criteria is the lack of logical reasoning |
