In the present investigation we do a study of feasibility for the creation of a business that offer a service of DOMOTICA in the city of Loja through a PC inside the dwelling-business and out of the same way web; the same one that gives us favorable results; that is to say, according to our studies great acceptance on the part of the users before this service exists, one of the reasons (and itself The most important one can say) is because not businesses exist that offer this service in the metropolis; consequently, in the case that this business in the city is believed of Loja, the same one would not have competence. In base to the surveys applied, we summarize that of the total of the own dwellings and businesses that exist in the city of Loja there is an acceptance of the 91.67% of this service; of which the 88.67% would be willing to utilize this type of service; that equal to 77,539 services for the first year; total demand between businesses and own dwellings. These percentages permit us to continue with our investigation, transferring these data toward our subsequent studies. Upon being implemented this proposal, would be a new business and its capacity will be quite short for the demand and that will be able; that is to say, to offer its service to 133 clients for the first year, since upon initiating the business initial investments for the constitution of the business have to be done and development of the system of DOMOTICA. We believe strategic to locate the business in the sector from The Valley to the north of the city of Loja, due to its favorable factors to comply ours objective as the access roads, basic services, labor, transportation, among others... Thus also we present a distribution for the plant, like the location of the administrative offices, of sales and the technical department or of production. To offer a service of DOMOTICA is needed chiefly of a data processing System; the one that will be ours expert, the one that will administer the network of DOMOTICA of a dwelling-business; is needed also material and teams as the PLC (Programmable Logical Controller), sensors of movement-sound, cable of network and electric cable. These materialteams utilized and configured of efficient form they can guarantee a service of quality to the clients. It is necessary that the business include technology of tip; is indispensable that the business include a servant with the sufficient capacity to process the system of DOMOTICA; and therefore, to all the users, 24 hours a day, the 365 days of the year; besides portable computers for the technical desarrolladores and in this manner to guarantee efficiency-efficacy in the work and the service. Next it proceeds to devise the financial study, specifying all the assets (so much right as obligations) of the business, such like the fixed assets, circulating and differed; in which has been obtained $ 72.660,33 as budget of operation for the first year; that is to say that with this budget our business of DOMOTICA official without any complication. In base to this budget the sale Price to the Public oscillates among the $600, generating us a utility of the 10%; this to the year signifies an income of $ 79.926,36. At the same time the break-even Point of our project is situated in 61.273,29 in base to the Sales; and in 76,66 in base to the capacity installed.
