The Natural yogurt organization created 10 years ago, makes and sells various products, the most recognized is the artisan yogurt. The organization has a model of craft production, meaning their products are made to fit the customer to have a positive effect on your marketing process, in addition to that of its strategic location in the parish of Vilcabamba, a place in which people who visit national and foreign , like this production model. Thus, taking into account within the problematic little promotion and dissemination of the organization has posed the thesis topic MARKETING PLAN FOR NATURAL YOGURT ORGANIZATION LOCATED IN CANTON PARISH VILCABAMBA Loja Loja province,with which it generates new alternatives focus on growth and improvement of the organization, increasing sales and providing further develop the sector. The overall goal of this work is to develop a marketing plan for the organization Natural Yogurt, for which necessitated the implementation of some specific objectives such as, analysis and diagnosis of the current market for natural organization in the parish yogurt Vilcabamba, designing the marketing plan proposal for Natural Yogurt Organization and conduct socialization of results parochial authorities, owners and the general community to generate impact at regional level, all these contributed to the development objectives of the overall objective. In each of the objectives and methodologies enabling techniques for proper development or achievement was applied as well , to perform the analysis and diagnostic interviews aimed at workers and owner manager of the organization was used , which allowed information internally in the organization, for the design of the proposal proceeded to take a sample of the population of the parish Vilcabamba, to implement a survey that served inter alia, to complement the SWOT matrix, where relevant information was compiled to establish the factors enabling and more important and essential for the proper development of the project parameters.
