Evaluación del ruido ambiental en las prestadoras de servicios médicos de la ciudad de Tena, mediante la medición de los niveles de presión sonora, para proponer un plan de manejo ambiental

In the city of Tena the providers of medical services (IESS, General Hospital and Clinics), are located mostly in the city center which are exposed to noise problems for different types of vehicles areas that circulate daily through the streets of the city. There is also a problem at the level of implementing responsible environmental authorities (RAAA), do not meet the Environmental Management Act, do not have a management program for noise control, lack of orders and lack of technical criteria in the area technique as noise is concerned. For the reasons stated above was necessary assessment of environmental noise on health care providers to propose alternatives to prevent, mitigate and control the negative impacts through a proposed environmental management plan, which was developed applying research methodology Unified Text of Secondary Environmental Legislation TULSMA; obtaining sampling results as the providers of medical services established in three hours (07H00 to 08H00, 12H00 to 13H30, 17H00 to 18H00 and 22H00 to 23H00), mostly sound pressure levels reached 55.10 dB ranges 63.20 dB in the day and at night 50,05 dB to 59.86 dB values that exceed the noise levels permitted by Ecuadorian law, which for hours 07H01 to 21H00 hours is 55 dB and 21h01 to 07H00 hours is 45 dB, determining that there is noise in the day and at night, and do not meet, according to the standard permissible limits.
