Додати тег | Резюме: | The preeminence that in our criminal legal system has been given to the production, commercialization and possession of cannabis, is nothing more than the result of the enormous criminalization of the freedom of the individual whose consequences have been fatal for societies stuck in a repressive penal system and lacking punitive rationality, unleashing a perennial war between criminal drug trafficking organizations, which, far from weakening them, has been strengthened with a backward legal system, let us remember that the high rates of prison population are due to crimes of micro drug trafficking, revealing the fatal criminalization and the scant proportionality of the penalty with respect to this crime, since it only has people who are used as instruments for the commercialization of drugs by the large drug trafficking mafias, while the latter are strengthened and expanded in the international black market, with a great offer, not only cannabis, opening an addiction portal whose public health problem represents really harmful and even fatal effects in relation to the use of cannabis. It is so through this research it gets to know affectations that has the prohibition of this substance and how it affects the public health systems and to the public safety at a time to study the different legislation that have regulated market cannabis as premise to fight against the power drug trafficking of it and the importance of our state assume responsibility to apply a regulation of cannabis be inclusive and lead information and timely and adequate education so that society knows and understands the benefits and risks of the use of cannabis together with respect to the rights of patients and users who get benefits from the plant. |
