Summary:he production of pineapple in our country is limited only to commercialization, an activity that is affected by the losses in the transportation of the product due to its short shelf life, the lack of entrepreneurship that industrializes it does not allow its use. Faced with this problem, an alternative was proposed to allow the exploitation of local production of pineapple. For this purpose, a feasibility project for the implementation of a micro-enterprise producing pineapple pulp in the Shushufindi canton, Sucumbíos Province, was developed we used the deductive, inductive, analytical and synthetic methods. In order to obtain information necessary for the market study, the survey technique was applied, taking as population study the inhabitants of the Shushufindi canton, because the product is of family consumption, the segmentation by families was carried out, determining that in 2016 about 13,544 families, of this total a sample of 389. The main results obtained in the different stages of the feasibility study begin with the market study where it established an unsatisfied demand of 149,746 500g pineapple pulps and two marketing channels will be used, through intermediaries and direct sale to the consumer final. The technical study showed that according to the machinery that will equip the microenterprise will produce 148,200 packages of pineapple pulp, starting operations at 80% of its installed capacity, as well as determining the location of the plant, located in The canton Shushufindi, central district, Oriental Av. Aguarico. In the legal and administrative study it was decided that the microenterprise will be called Natural Pulp Cía. Ltda., In order for the plant to operate without problems in both the administrative and productive areas, it is necessary to hire 10 workers, distributed in 7 positions. In the financial study it was determined that for the execution of the project an investment of $ 61,748.72 is required, of which 43% corresponding to $ 26,748.72 will be contributed by the partners and the remaining 57% corresponding to $ 35,000.00 will be financed through a credit in the BanEcuador to 11.26% annual interest for five years term. The unit cost in the first year is $ 1.67; In the fifth year is $ 1.74 dollars, at this cost will be increased by 24% profit, obtaining a sale price for the first year of $ 1.95 dollars. The financial analysis showed the following results: net cash flow of $ 30,732.28 dollars; VAN of $ 134,520.50; TIR of 44.11%; Capital recovers in 2 years, 6 months and 25 days; The B / C ratio shows that for each dollar invested the microenterprise earns $ 0.24, finally the Sensitivity Analysis with the 11.50% increase in costs and a decrease in revenue of 9.41% resulted in 0 , 99% that is less than 1, which means that the project is not sensitive since the changes do not affect the profitability of the project. The project does not generate significant environmental impacts, on the contrary allows a better use of local production avoiding waste, which means that its implementation is favorable to the environment. Thanks to the analysis carried out, it is recommended to make the investment to start up the project, since it was demonstrated that the project is profitable and will allow the creation of new sources of work both direct and indirect, contributing to the dynamization of the economy of this part of the country.
