The plans of development are paramount to define the vision to where want to that it go the territory, put, strategic aims, potentialities and limitations of the population. The Plan of Development and current Territorial Legislation of the parish 12 December lacks real information, updated that it allows to analyse the current situation of the population and his main needs. Therefore the main aim of this project is to contribute to the development of the parish 12 December, through proposals headed to improve the conditions of life of his inhabitants. Defining likewise the actions program and projects that have to llevar to reach the integral development that generate conditions of good live for the citizenship. For obtaining of information, the methodology used does reference to the General Structure for the presentation of projects “Methodological Guide of the SENPLADES”; in addition to the employment of technicians like the survey by means of the questionnaire of questions. In view of that the update of the PDyOT of the parish is an indispensable requirement to promote his development recommends follow analyzing all the results obtained in the present investigation and consider them for the taking of decisions in favour social welfare. In this sense the plan of development and parish territorial legislation, has to be articulated with the plans of the cantonal and provincial levels, so that they believe conditions of coherence, integral and complementary to improve the quality of life of the region Keywords: Development, quality of life. |
