Sumari:The field of aesthetics and relaxation both male and female, worried about his health and his image, begin to take hold after taking his first steps just a few years ago in the city of Loja. The purpose of this project is that customers in this market are in one place as it is Unisex Aesthetic Center with high quality services. Several cosmetologists indicate that these treatments are attractive to women who naturally seek see her getting better looks, but stresses that there is a significant male audience who for various reasons do not dare to attend these aesthetic centers, it is believed that this problem given that most advertising beauty centers in the city of Loja are directed at women or also the supply to men is very low because in many of these centers though not clear can also sue these services both sexes. It is concluded preliminarily that these service centers for men is just growing so make the service offering of a unisex beauty center attractive to the male audience. Therefore this research has as its main objective: Perform feasibility project for the implementation of a unisex beauty center in the city of Loja. And the complete analysis of the project requires the realization of the specific objectives: market research, technical study, administrative and legal study, economic, financial study and finally the evaluation. 6 To study the investigation the following methodology was used: the deductive method allowed to obtain valid conclusions determining whether it is feasible or not the creation of the project and the analytical descriptive method this method was used during the development of all research. In the results a survey was applied to both buyers and sellers in the city of Loja to determine the acceptance of service on the market. In discussing the market research where demand was established it was made; being able to obtain the unsatisfied demand is 174022 people for the first year, then the marketing plan, pricing, advertising space and service is established; In the technical study the size and location of the plant is detailed; On the administrative and legal study of the company facilitates determining business group, the constitution, organization and functions manuals. In the financial investment required study states to implement the same project is $ 27,524.65 US dollars. Finally the assessment which analyzed the following indicators was performed: Net Present Value of $ 268,291.10; Internal Rate of Return of 71.11%; Cost benefit ratio is 2.38 for every $ 2 invested company earns 0.38 cents; Capital recovery period is 2 years, 3 months and 25 days; Sensitivity analysis indicates that the project supports increased costs 107,27% giving a total of 0.98% and the sensitivity analysis in the decrease in revenues of 49.35% for a total of 0.99% so the project is feasible, the conclusions and recommendations so determined, accompanied by the bibliography consulted with their respective annexes.
