Samenvatting:The present thesis is elaborated by important concepts and proposals that will support to improve the Human Talent Management, especially in the personnel that it requires since it is necessary that this resource is prepared with the objective of establishing the improvement and competitive development of the company, Therefore this research is focused on the ANALYSIS OF MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN TALENT IN THE MERCANTIL FLORES CAMPOVERDE COMPANY OF THE CITY OF SHOP and for this the objectives were developed: General Analyze the Human Talent Management of the company "Mercantil Flores Campoverde". Specific Perform an internal diagnosis of the Human Talent Management process. Carry out an evaluation of the performance in the company "Mercantil Flores Campoverde" Carry out the valuation of positions of the company "Mercantil Flores Campoverde" of the city of Loja. Make a proposal of the process of Human Talent Management for the company "Mercantil Flores Campoverde" of the city of Loja. For this reason, the information is presented through the application of employee surveys and an interview with Mercantil Flores Campoverde 5 manager, data that allowed us to know the current reality of the company concerning the management of Human Talent. In this project a literature review is made up of concepts and contents related to the subject, which allows to have a knowledge of the importance of Human Talent within a company, and thus we can highlight that the companies that provide the service Telecommunications is important because it allows customers to have advanced mobile telephony communication. In the results, the information obtained from the surveys applied to the personnel of the company "Mercantil Flores Campoverde" of the city of Loja and the interview to the manager, whose information allowed to know how the company is organized, was taken into consideration. The questions of the survey and of the interview were analyzed and graphically represented with their respective interpretation. Finally, the proposal was elaborated according to the objectives set out in the research. The company has 13 people who work and are: 1 Manager, 1 Administrative Analyst, 1 Financial Analyst, 1 Accountant, 1 Receptionist, 1 Sales Manager, 1 Sales Executive, 2 Sellers, 1 Related Executive, 1 Digitizer, 1 Bodeguero, 1 Courier. According to the results, 75% fulfill their functions according to their profession and 25% do not comply. Staff working at 75% have a higher level of education. According to the experience the Manager has in the company is 4 years. With regard to the employees who entered to work 42% for friends and relatives alike; In addition, 83% have a permanent contract, 58% state that the company indicates their functions in writing, 100% of the employees are trained by the company, the time they are working the majority of the staff in the company is the 33% which is more than four years.
