Sažetak:In a society that constantly transforms, which grows and that every day is more difficult employment obtaining is conducive to a marked individualism and an excess of competition originating personal and collective tensions. It is remarkable in the absence of social interest which becomes occasionally produce a lack of communication or a superficiality in it, between the people of the community. The world in which we live, as characterized by his dynamism and changing reality an unattainable speed to our knowledge, we must try to make a cursory review of psychosocial work-associated diseases. The world in which we live, as characterized by his dynamism and changing reality an unattainable speed to our knowledge, we must try to make a cursory review of psychosocial work-associated diseases. All this amalgam of psychosocial work-related diseases may lead to consequences which result would exceed to strictly work. They are extreme, but that I consider suitable to make mention to them since, although they are the most exceptional cases, most are those who call us attention, possibly by the impact that many of them take to the media. High rates of work-related stress in a person, as well as lack of motivation or fatigue, can lead to emotional imbalances which alter the personality of the individual. More dangerous are the cases of mobbing and bullying which, together with the element of psychological violence that treasure, can have consequences as a psychotic outbreaks, disassociation with reality or obsessive compulsive behaviors. Our labour code, does not mention the diseases psychosocial as occupational diseases, because there is a legal vacuum by not taking them into account, since as a result of the labour and social requirement of work, effectiveness, efficiency, is overtaxed workers, in some cases more than their capacity, ability and time, i.e. exceeds its limit, which dips in scheduled social entity disgruntled, unmotivated and harassed and as such your job performance is weak, thanks to its poor psychosocial health. So it is necessary urgently to perform a reform to bequeath to the labour code, insert the diseases psychosocial as occupational diseases, and in such a way to better protect the worker, in compliance with the principles, rights and constitutional guarantees.
