Afegir etiqueta | Sumari: | The present Curricular Integration work entitled “Environmental Compliance Audit of Operation and Maintenance of the Mechanical Workshop of Empresa Eléctrica Regional del Sur S.A., Period 2022”, was developed as a prerequisite for opting for the title of Bachelor of Accounting and Auditing, proposing the following objectives: Identify the environmental legal requirements considering the environmental management plan; evaluate the degree of compliance with the environmental legal provisions applicable to the operation and maintenance activities of the EERSSA mechanical workshop; and, prepare the environmental compliance audit report, which contains its respective conclusions and recommendations and the corresponding Action Plan. The execution was based on the three phases of the environmental audit. Phase 1 Planning or Pre-audit in which the visit to the mechanical workshop was carried out and information related to the activities it carries out, natural resources used in its processes, the main weaknesses they have in the environmental field, as well as the regulations, were collected. environmental that is applied and as a result of this, the audit procedures were established; In Phase II Execution or Insitu Audit, tests and procedures were applied to the documentation related to environmental management, as a result of this, results were obtained such as: inadequate storage of scrap, lack of maintenance to the grease and oil trap, no have implements in the first aid kit, outdated environmental management plan, lack of signage in the different areas, therefore in Phase III communication of results, recommendations were made, so that the administration adopts corrective measures for the compliance with the provisions observed to protect and care for the environment, Additionally, an Action Plan was proposed based on the non-conformities detected during the audit process.
