Procesos Participativos para el Fortalecimiento Organizacional de la Asociación Agro-Artesanal ‘LA ACHIRITA’ de la Parroquia Rural Quinara

The present research work entitled "Participatory processes for the organizational strengthening of the agro-artesanal association" La Achirita "of the rural parish Quinara.", It was based on a study carried out to the partners and directors of the association in order to determine the causes and consequences of the absence of participation and how this influence in organizational strengthening. For the development of the investigative work, the scientific method that contributes with the rigor and pertinence to gather the information, that allows to obtain the obtained results, as well as to determine the nature of the object of study, the inductive method can also be used, through from which you could know the particular aspects of the association and thus respond to the objectives set, on the other hand, the deductive method know the general form the theoretical aspects of the research categories in order to contrast them with the reality that lives the Association, finally, the research was carried out through the methodology of community self-development in its early stages with the forms of action by the professional with the social actors through the initial exchange with the demanding subject of social services, where it was known the main one is one of the most important actions of the agro-artesanal association "La Achirita" of the Rural Parish of Quinara. The research was carried out through meetings with partners and managers, through a reflection on the action on the absence of participatory processes and analysis to contribute to the strengthening of the association. These meetings were formalized with the application of social exchange techniques such as the dialogue of knowledge, and measurement as the survey, in addition to observation, which influenced a chronological reflection of the partners, from their roots, present and future; and the causes and consequences of the absence of participation in the association, which entailed a construction of a critical awareness of the claimants and that stimulated the protagonism and strengthening of the participation of the partners in the research. The results obtained in the research show that the setbacks that exist in the agro-artisanal association "La Achirita" in terms of the absence of participatory processes in the partners is caused by the low motivation and the lack of commitment on the part of the partners, this is due to the absence of an organizational culture on the part of the managers that guides and directs the partners in the fulfillment of activities. On the other hand, the results of the research indicate that the absence of participatory processes in the partners is like the failure of entrusted activities that produce the weakening of the association and by which both prevent the strengthening of the same, is as well as the measure of solution and main contribution to the present investigation was designed a social intervention proposal aimed at the use of the functional strategy represented by an action plan with the objective of motivating partners and organizations to participate in the activities developed within of the association and therefore contribute to the strengthening of the organization of the same.
