Etiketle | Özet: | According to national and global statistics to give follow-up to the companies on issues of occupational safety and health, noted a high degree of risks involved in the activities performed by workers, it is not outside the company Expertservi S.A., which has been forming part of statistics, with a poor culture of prevention by workers and employers. The lack of prevention gives as a result a high level of accidents and occupational diseases, referring to a high degree of absenteeism and economic losses to the companies for labour and/or machinery. A meto research in situ would be the most successful, since relevant information from the source where there is latent irrigation will be obtained. An analysis of irrigation by trade would provide more accurate information to consolidate a risk matrix, which will correct those who are present according to their degree of danger. With raised reliable information in each area of work, demonstrating the existence of risk activities, more registered statistics of possible effects. It is sufficient argument to propose the implementation of a regulating in the area of occupational safety and health, committing to the management to give support and respect it by means of a policy of internal occupational health and safety. Present Development Research work The Following inductive, deductive and analytical Descriptive following methods and techniques, personal interview, observation and surveys was used. Data analysis showed: UN General Diagnostics Company S.A. Expertservi on the issue of SSO, the SWOT analysis as well as the identification of existing risks activity in each which is done in this endeavor. |
