Reformar el articulo 30 del código del trabajo en cuanto a la edad mínima para el enganche de los trabajadores, para destinarlos fuera del pais

This research work I have it done with the firm intention of seeking a solution to one of the many social problems to complain about our society, so that the issue addressed in this thesis aims that applied one of the rights enshrined in our Constitution, as is the right to work and going beyond due to the constant change that society in a world as fast as we live and in which the earlier people prepare ourselves is much better, I want to emphasize to extend this right was the young who necessarily need to be there to make the port a better world. For this we need to modify existing laws and adapt to existing constitutional and so guide us in a real legal framework. For this reason the Constitution of Ecuador Article 39 guarantees the right of young men and women and promotes their effective exercises, through policies and programs, institutions and resources that ensure permanent participation and inclusion in all areas particularly in the areas of public power. The State recognizes the youth and young actors and strategic development of the country and guarantees them the education, health and housing, recreation, sport, leisure, freedom of expression. The State further its inclusion to work in just and dignified manner, with emphasis on training, guaranteed first job and promotion of entrepreneurial skills. However, when analyzing Article 30 of the Labor Code which reads: Prohibition. - is expressly forbid the engagement of children under eighteen years of age to be allocated to jobs overseas. The above article should be reformed because it goes against the right to work of minors; because in our new Constitution their rights have been recognized in other areas and this cannot be an exception; With all of the above I can say that my research will aim to demonstrate the verification of all the issues raised in it for so much power to the polls, as the interviews know how it is affecting the right to work in as far as regards the coupling.
