Análisis a los estados financieros de “Tania Boutique”, provincia de Santo Domingo de los Tsachilas, periodo 2011-2012

This research work is divided into two parts the administrative organization of the analysis to the financial system, which is justified because it will serve as a financial tool to assess the financial economic records and at the same time develop the essential indicators that allow us to actively influence the management of the Foundation and the. To comply with the issues raised in the investigation raised the following objectives as the perform a vertical analysis in the periods subject to study, in order to know the degree of incidence of accounts, applying economic indexes such as liquidity, solvency, management, profitability and break-even point in such a way to allow build alternative proposals to establish the best estimates and possible predictions about the conditions and results. Results generated in this research are the vertical analysis of the period to 2011 2012 the same reflecting the incidence of accounts reflecting the undertaking which enabled us to meet and determine the percentage composition of the account's assets, liabilities and heritage on the basis of the total asset value and the percentage that represents each item in the income statement from the net services that has the Foundation in this case It is advisable to invest in the institution as it has a proper administration. Also I am applied financial indicators of liquidity, activity, solution and yield, necessary for the structuring of professional criteria with respect to the financial balance, as well as for the decision making, settling down by means of the analysis of the obtained results the most significant accounts of economic the financial structure. On the economic indices which has the institution can manifest that they allow us to build alternative proposals to establish the best estimates and forecasts possible on conditions and existing results in the set period of time which reflects a genuine ability to comply with the obligations and commitments it has with its suppliers and other actors who also works the undertaking is allowed to deduct that there are many organizations and institutions wishing to invest in projects that have the study institution. In addition is justified because it allowed me to apply the knowledge acquired in the Universidad Nacional de Loja in professional practice in relation to accounts through the financial analyses, performed in the mission Green undertaking of the city of Loja that allowed us to get a professional title, for which proceeded to perform a vertical analysis in the periods 2011 and 2012 undertaking and at the same time apply indexes such as liquidity, management profitability and break-even point where it was obtained that the entity does not count with variations in the budget from one year to another, lines also has with ability to pay their obligations, furthermore is observed that the institution within the index of financial autonomy results unveiled revenue self-management which limits the carrying out of the activities of the undertakin
