Adicionar Tag | Resumo: | This research work is aimed at the formulation of the value-adding process of "Pre-professional Practices and Internships" for the management by results at Universidad Nacional de Loja, year 2022, in order to propose and develop a process manual which contributes to the systematization, efficiency and effectiveness of the process helping to improve the attention to the university community according to their products and services. Based on the theory of quality management and the methodology used, this investigation has a qualitative approach. Due to the application of methods and techniques of survey and information gathering, it was possible to identify the deficiencies that exist at the moment of executing the aforementioned process. Furthermore, several research techniques were implemented in order to carry out the situational diagnosis such as interviews which were conducted with each of the key actors involved in the process, and an observation and documentary review provided by the institution. The objective of the information obtained is to make known the current reality of how the process of pre-professional practices and internships is working, which resulted in the development of a guide or process manual that allows visualizing the activities that must be fulfilled for the development of this process, thus helping in the existing deficiencies in the process, according to the guidelines, theoretical, regulatory and legal knowledge that allow the correct formulation and development of the same within the coordination of linkage with society. Obtaining with it the validation and socialization of the proposal for the improvement of the quality and efficiency in the process. |
