总结:The Immediate Dentin Sealing (IDS) technique contributes to the stability and reduction of dentin sensitivity at the adhesive interface in indirect restorations by reinforcing dentin bonding by hybridization with an adhesive system around freshly cut dentin after the completion of tooth preparation. The purpose of the present investigation is informing, the clinician about the effectiveness of dentin bond strength in filled and unfilled adhesive systems used in the SDI technique. It is a bibliographic study with a qualitative-quantitative approach, and we used databases such as Pubmed, Scielo, and Science Direct, from which we selected scientific research articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of this literature review showed that the average bond strength for adhesive systems with filler is 32.33 MPa; and for adhesive systems without filler, an average of 24.4MPa; Comparing the adhesion strength of the two adhesive systems employing statistical U de Mann-Whitney test presented a value of p= 0.018, concluding that there is a statistically significant difference between adhesive systems with filler and without filler. Therefore, the adhesion strength is higher in the adhesive systems with filler, emphasizing that both systems are within the appropriate range to perform the SDI technique
