Shrnutí:Mining is one of the industrial activities of exploitation of nonrenewable most profitable globally, both the owner and state resources for concessionaires or natural resources, but its development to small, medium or large scale generates a environmental pollution: very large for both humans and for nature risk. This is primarily due to the work of exploration and subsequent settlement machinery in the sector where they have been found deposits of one or more minerals, which drastically alters the surrounding environment to the point of mining, as it made the logging industry own species flora, which involves the loss or migration of different species of birds that lived there, and the emission of gaseous air pollutants and waste and the environment, which are not threatening the natural balance of the sector, but also seriously jeopardizes the life and integrity of human beings. In our country several decades ago, has been developing small-scale mining under extremely precarious conditions, which has resulted in serious injury to personnel working in the mines, irreversible damage to the environment and surrounding nature, damage to health own workers and neighbors inhabitants exploitation sites. That is why in order to correct this serious problem, the development of a new mining law that prioritizes the environmental, economic, social and employment benefits in our country, which opens the door to a great aspiration is raised the development of large-scale mining, which supposedly generate huge investments in the country and the generation of about 5000 million in funds to the country. Seek alternatives for the productive development of our country, but speaking at mining sites are located forests, water reserves and settlements, threatening tourism, health, and climate stability of our country. There is a high health and environmental risk, as there are two crucial elements that directly affect environmental health and stability of citizens working and working in mining sites, these are the pollution of natural water sources and management waste product of the mining activity, although briefly mentioned in Articles 79 and 81 of the Mining Act, do not define the specific penalties to be adopted by the water pollution and mismanagement of mining waste, which goes directly as mentioned against the rights of nature and the universal right to life with humans.
