Diseño de un Sistema Contable en la Imprenta Grafic Plus de la ciudad de Loja. Periodo Enero-Junio del 2015

The thesis entitled "Design of Accounting System in the Printing Grafic Plus City Loja. January-June period of 2015 ", the same as is the development of a cost system to improve control of the production process of a given period facilitating decision-making to its owner. In the execution of the thesis were met with the goals set by the development of the accounting process it was needed the information provided by the owner of the printing press, same that helped conduct the initial inventory of the assets, rights and obligations has the same as well as the plan and manual analysis, baseline status, memorandum of operations. In addition to supporting documentation for an accounting control of operations being these daybook, ledger, trial balance, adjustments, worksheet and ending with the preparation of financial statements useful for decision-making. As for the methodology used it was developed by a sitem cost for production orders, same that helped keep control of the three cost elements such as materials, labor and infirectos manufacturing costs, thus allowing so get the unit and total cost of production. Product of the work of the "Printing Grafic Plus" the cost system was used for the production orders, allowing documents submitted are efficient for each transactions are presented in a deteminado period and thus meet the utility it generates the same, using information obtained from the accounting process.
