Where it was determined by tabulating information and graphical representation that most pregnant teenagers have eating habits few healthy in which the consumption of junk food being consumed in greater amounts in the afternoon such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fries chips , colas and other soft drinks are the most desired by pregnant teenagers arguing that it is nutritious , healthy meal that satisfies your hunger pangs , In regards to food regulators formed by the group of vegetables and 26.7% consumed vegetables daily at lunch these foods from their home gardens as these are mostly used for commercial purposes but not for daily consumption because they are not desired by adolescents, with respect to protein consumption during lunch is deficient with only 20% claiming that they are foods high cost and difficult to access . Consumption of food energy suppliers account for 34.4 % projecting products such as rice, potatoes, pasta and bread. As most consumed during breakfast lunch and snack. In this perspective a comprehensive analysis of the literature , in which conceptualizations and various approaches to the problem under study , such as balanced nutrition , healthy habits , unhealthy habits , nutritional needs during pregnancy, nutritional complications of pregnancy was further raised was raised in the proposed educational issues related to health and psychological development and influence on eating habits , and general care during this stage of life. Materials and methods, which allowed for field research, as it is presented in the methodology, being a descriptive research, using scientific, analytical, deductive and statistical methods, where the objectives were used, determine if the diet consumed by pregnant adolescents meet the parameters of proportionality and variety, describe the eating habits of pregnant adolescents and to develop an educational project about food that should pregnant teens. This research was conducted in the Craft Center Valdivieso Monsignor Francisco Alvarez participated as 30 pregnant teenagers universe eighth, ninth and tenth year, taking as inclusion criteria enrolled all students in these courses and teachers. An essential part of this thesis was the application of the instrument to all pregnant students Artisan Center Valdivieso Francisco Alvarez , this allowed us to know the eating habits , food preferences , as well as determine the knowledge about feeding , persons subject to the this investigation. Checking and level the findings it was determined that their eating habits are inadequate not meeting the terms of variety and proportionality which will impact on the health of mother and fetus and preterm births , stunting among others transcending greatly increased maternal and infant morbidity and mortality , hence the importance of this and other investigations that seek to educate the effects of a poor diet during pregnancy, so this type of problem it should be comprehensively address by a multidisciplinary and slip into it to surrounding environment team , because if we all contribute and make our this difficulty can face it better because they are teenagers and deserve greater attention as a vulnerable population group thus achieving one better lifestyle .
