Shrnutí:This so-called research work "project of feasibility studies for the creation of a micro-producer and marketer of BACKPACKS in the CANTON PAQUISHA, province of ZAMORA CHINCHIPE, for the year 2016", was aimed to determine the feasibility of commercial to create a microproducer and marketer in the Paquisha Canton, it used methods: inductive, deductive, analistico, statistical; techniques of direct observation and survey the population economically Paqusiha canton Actica and providers of the same canton backpacks. To determine the population under study it was necessary to resort to the census conducted by the National Institute of Statistics and Census in 2010, which established that there are 3,854 inhabitants, which was projected for 2016 with a population growth rate of 1.75. %; giving a total of 4,277 people, where we proceeded to segment by families for which it was divided for 4 members of the family nucleus giving a total of 1,069 families that exist in the Paquisha canton, result that the formula for the sample is applied, thus determining a total of 291 surveys to apply. When carrying out the research work, important information on demand and supply was obtained through the study of the Paquisha Canton market, as well as determining if a project is feasible, through technical, organizational, economic and financial study. When carrying out the market study it was possible to determine that there is a potential demand of 1,069, in relation to the real demand is 2.20 and the effective of 1,656, in the same way, an offer of 284 was established, allowing an unsatisfied demand of 1,372. By applying the information collection instrument in the Paquisha population on the demand and supply that allowed to determine that there is a considered unmet demand because there is not much supply on the product under study; so the microenterprise will have an installed capacity of 2,340 backpacks per year, using 80% for the first year. When carrying out the economic study it was possible to determine that the initial investment of the present will consist of fixed assets for the value of $ 4,257.75, the deferred assets represent an amount of $ 1,428.00 and the current assets the value of $ 6,864.80 giving a total of $ 12,550.55 investments. The total cost that the project will have for the first year is 79,947.2 with a unit price of $ 42.71 dollars, the same one that adds a profitability value of 20% which gives a retail price of $ 51.25. The equilibrium point determined for the first year according to the installed capacity is 76.15% and based on sales a total of $ 73,052.50. In the financial evaluation it was possible to obtain a NPV of $ 46,990.75, the IRR is 82.19%; The Benefit Cost Ratio is 1.20, the investment will be recovered in 1 year 3 months and 7 days, the sensitivity analysis with the increase of 13.28% in increase in costs and a decrease of 11.07% in revenues. With the information obtained from the research process it was possible to determine that it is feasible to carry out the implementation of the feasibility project in the Paquisha Canton, for which it is recommended to implement it, given its high profitability for the investor and also contribute significantly to the development productive sector.
