Implantación de la contabilidad comercial en el almacén de León comercio y crédito de la provincia de Sucumbios” periodo noviembre-diciembre del 2015

This research paper entitled "COMMERCIAL IMPLEMENTATION OF ACCOUNTING IN THE WAREHOUSE OF LEON TRADE AND CREDIT Sucumbios" NOVEMBER-DECEMBER PERIOD OF 2015.", was developed in order to provide the company an accounting system according to their needs, allowing proper processing of the financial information generated by the company, the same that lacked basic information related to the valuation of assets and liabilities and consequently the assets of the business were unknown. the investigation was made pursuant to one of the pre-qualification as Engineer in Accounting and Auditing, CPA requirements. Compliance was given the main objective proposed Implement Accounting Warehouse León Commerce and Credit starting from the collection of source documents, plan and manual accounts which is encoded designed, describes and analyzes each of the accounts, the lifting of the initial inventory was made setting the values, rights and obligations of the company, becoming the basis for developing shows the initial situation, daybook, senior, Trial Balance to the financial statements: results, financial situation and flow of cash ; the same that reflect the economic and financial situation of the company, so we must conclude that the introduction of commercial accounting is a key tool in the development of commercial activity. I recommend continuing the implementation of accounting, it will allow its owner to have better control of their income and an effective accounting organization that will help improve the economic situation and the respective decision-making.
