| Özet: | The STEAM methodology (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics), for its acronym in English, are interdisciplinary projects focused on strengthening pedagogical processes, its implementation allows the development of skills, abilities and competencies of students. The general objective of the research was to develop mathematical logical thinking by integrating the STEAM methodology. For its achievement, it was considered to diagnose the methodologies applied by teachers to strength mathematical logical thinking; on the other hand, to propose a proposal with STEAM projects; and to evaluate the level of acceptance in the classroom. The methodology was a mixed approach (qualitative and quantitative), descriptive type, quasi-experimental design; during the process, the scientific, inductive, descriptive and statistical methods were applied. The techniques used were: the interview applied to the teacher and the evaluation form addressed to the students in order to know the level of acceptance of the implementation of STEAM projects. Likewise, a non-probabilistic sampling was used, where 22 students and one teacher from sixth grade "B" at "Dra. Matilde Hidalgo de Procel" School were selected. Based on the results, it is concluded that the implementation of STEAM as an innovative learning methodology allowed the development of new capacities, skills and competencies necessary to generate meaningful learning, through experimentation, new concepts were generated, thus improving the capacity for logical thinking in the area of Mathematics, it contributes to the strength of the analysis, comprehension and interpretation of diverse daily situations.
