Summary:Currently the constitutional rights permit the exercise of an employment relationship that favors corporate interests, allowing people who work the right to freedom of work, remuneration, social security, and a number of recognized benefits in order to assess and encourage the efforts of those through a lawful and personal activity, contribute to economic activity and development. The Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador states that all persons working in any form or title, providing investment services or an office, function or dignity in the public sector will be Public servants. All government can only exercise the powers and authority attributed to them. And they have the obligation to coordinate actions in order to give compliments to the effective enjoyment and exercise of the rights recognized in the Constitution for all citizens. The Organic Law of Public Service - LOSEP stipulates that contracts should be granted occasional services after the Talent Management Unit Human- UATH , has informed the institutional need to address the provision of a public service and in addition to that it has the necessary funds for such employment. Those who sign a contract of this nature should know what their obligations and likewise which are the grounds for termination, making it clear that there must be a just cause for terminating without being at the discretion of the appointing authority's unilateral termination the same without the other prerequisites are required as currently sets the LOSEP.
