Thus it is believed desirable to make a "ASSESSMENT AND MANAGEMENT PORTFOLIO CREDIT credit union SMALL BRANCH Loja EMPRESA¨CACPE ZAMORA LTDA. PERIOD 2013 - 2014, whose objectives were: Identify and analyze the administrative scenario - in which the financial CACPE Zamora Cooperative Branch Loja, which was developed through a situational analysis, physical infrastructure and external diagnosis unfolds. Establish proposals for the strategic administrative and financial management to reduce and control their weaknesses and threats, through the development of the SWOT matrix, through a study of internal and external factors that are the basis for the formulation of the different proposed strategies . Prepare the report of the Financial Analysis applied to the credit union CACPE Zamora Branch Loja, Ltda., With the use of vertical, horizontal analysis and indicators that allow the status of the economic and financial situation of the cooperative at a time determined. The methodology used was made by applying the vertical and horizontal analysis which took into account the financial statements for the years 2013 and 2014, the SWOT analysis where the weakness was established was applied as is the lack of staff training and as strengths the work environment, the pearl indicators where it was determined that the cooperative meets liquidity and solvency was applied. As recommended an annual budget for training is made to be made to staff, develop advertising campaigns to attract new customers and put the credits for the development of enterprises.
