Diseño e implementación de una herramienta, que permita el control Biométrico de acceso a los laboratorios que pertenecen a la Universidad Nacional de Loja.

This research work is aimed at improving administrative to access computer centers and libraries belonging to the National University of Loja processes. Today with the advancement of science and technology is necessary, in our Alma Mater further refine and improve the services provided to the university community, creating and developing the same in a competent manner, by implementing a tool that allow the management of computer centers and libraries to develop in a timely and efficient manner. In this perspective, this paper begins with the collection of information, where the techniques used; observation records of actual or direct (documented), and the survey; which it was applied to: teaching staff, administration and students. For processing, analysis and interpretation of information handled methods: logical, inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic, scientific, and, for the construction of the tool was used; I based on the theoretical basis presented in the project. The objective oriented research work is as follows: To develop a tool that allows biometric access control Computer Services, provided by laboratories belonging to the National University of Loja. Among the key results of the exhibition and discussion of results of project implementation are: limitation on the administration of the computer center, have not been implemented new technologies to optimize care college student, there is an optimal control in the access to computer services in computer centers and libraries; determining that there is a limited management in data centers and libraries of the National University of Loja. Consequently they arrived at important conclusions after thorough and coherent analysis, relative to predefined targets for research. Through the conclusions the development is proposed a computer system, it improves the management of computer centers and libraries of the National University of Loja
