It is important to highlight that the company keeps focus groups, the focus of political order, to avoid a risk to their physical, psychological, sexual integrity violated by the vices of alcoholism and drug addiction, in consideration of which, the role of government is more important in this regard as evidenced by this research work, when in literature exclusive rights that guarantee the physical, psychological, sexual, stability der children, teen girls involved in alcohol and drug problems are set to more of the fundamental principles relevant to their age. The risks in the integrity of children and adolescent girls are when by act or omission, when for this reason, and being part of his life, the manners and needs, are dedicated to degrade his life, dedicating himself to vices such such as alcoholism, drug addiction, among others, and what is worse, be part of large mafias in trafficking and corruption of minors, that make this social group one of the largest businesses in the global, and of course dangerous Crime characters. Finally penalize and criminalize such action is appropriate from my point of view, considering that most personal legal interests are violent, such as integrity, health and even human life. |
