Proyecto de factibilidad para la creación de una empresa de confección de trajes de baño para mujer y su comercialización en la provincia de Santa Elena

The present project seeks to elaborate a product of common use in Santa Elena's county, bathroom suits for women, since it is a garment of dressing appropriate to visit the beaches of the place and to take advantage of the kindnesses of the sea, being constituted this project in an alternative of valid investment and that it contributed with development of the productive sector of Santa Elena's county. To begin with the study of the present project, it has been traced as objective: To Elaborate a Project OF Feasibility for the Creation OF a Company OF Making OF Bathroom Suits for Woman and Their Commercialization in Sacred ELENA'S County. To fulfill this main objective methods they were used, technical and procedures that allowed to investigate, to develop and to check the truthfulness of the project. The used methods were: Deductive that allowed based on the theoretical concepts related with the realization of an investment project to apply them in the development of the market studies, technician, organizational, economic and financial; Inductive; this method was used it stops based on the particularities found in the development of the project of feasibility, to generalize conclusions and recommendations. The following ones were applied technical: Observation: He/she allowed to know how it is carried out at the present time the process of making of suits of bathrooms and their commercialization in Santa Elena's County. The Survey: Applied to a representative sample of the population of women of Santa Elena's county to determine the likes and preferences of the objective market, vital information for the establishment of the demand, offers and unsatisfied demand of the product to elaborate. For they were applied it a total of 399 surveys to the sample of the population source of the study and for the analysis of the Offer, you interviews to the commercial ones and distributors of bathroom suits. According to the market study carried out in Santa Elena's county, a great number of demanding women exists, to acquire the product of Suits of bathrooms for this segment, since in this county it is not had a company that is devoted specifically to make this product type where an unsatisfied demand of 181999 units of bathroom suit has been determined. The company to be located in Santa Elena's city in the streets August 18 and Sucre; the same one that will have an installed capacity of 16640,00 units of bathroom suits, covering 9,14% of the unsatisfied demand. To the beginning of the cycle of the production one worked with 75% of the installed capacity; the same one that will allow to produce 12480 garments. The company will be conformed as Company of Limited Responsibility that increased 6 work positions in the labor market when beginning its mercantile operations. For the installation of the project a total of the investment of $ was determined 19.843,16 dollars the same one that 59,68% will be financed by own capital and 40,32 remaining% by means of a financial institution with an interest rate of 15%, the cost that will have in the first year will be of 161.987,53 dollars with revenues of 194.385,04. When carrying out the financial analysis you could determine what. After having recovered the investment one will have a benefit of 53574,13 dollars with an Internal Rate of Return of the 93,46 that is bigger to the discount rate; of each invested dollar one will have 10 cents of utility; the period of capital recovery is of 1 years, 4 months and 2 days; if the costs are increased until 4,61% or the revenues of they diminish 4,19% the project it is not sensitive; for what you can conclude that the project is feasible the indicators demonstrate financially since this way it
