Description
Summary:This paper entitled "Design and construction of a bank of electrical transfer through renewable energy for industrial automation laboratory" which aims to build a bank of practice for industrial automation classes, using modern equipment used in the today. The project was carried out considering various alternatives, taking into account several important points in a transfer of energy. Contactors were selected; these are designed to ensure the availability of energy from the burden of bank practices. It also incorporated a PLC system that ensures the transfer and control of the facility. We performed such calculations and design of the secondary power source in this case is a photovoltaic system, the same consisting of a solar panel, charge controller, batteries and inverter. We used different measurement systems for determining the practical use of a voltimeter, ammeter and frequency, is the appropriate choice for measuring voltage, current and frequency transfer system of electricity. Different levels were conducted to specify the location and connection of computers that make up the design of the automatic transfer of energy. The plans and materials list to your specifications are the detailed engineering of the project. This project contains the different practices should be conducted in the bank, the same as those developed for a clear understanding of the students of the Electromechanical Engineering degree, these practices begin by giving students the ability to design the system and then manually do it automatically. Also developed, conclusions and recommendations thereon to the bench fitting, comply with automatic power transfer.
