El derecho al trabajo y la contradicción con los derechos constitucionales en nuestro régimen laboral

Work is a right and a social duty, the modern conception of society and of the right places man in society and imposes duties and confers rights, and other derivatives of some social nature: the society has the right to demand of its members to exercise a useful and honest, and man, in turn has the right to claim from the security of a society existence consistent with the dignity of the human person. Our labor regime for many years has undergone a series of changes for better or worse has directly affected the only force that can lead to the development of peoples, the worker. From the previous Constitution, until the present time where reigns Constitution little or nothing has been done in relation to the various guarantees that the government as an entity working administrator must grant to each of the people living within its territorial specifically what I mean about the right to work. At present it is difficult job retention as it depends increasingly professional skills of the worker, ie as technology advances and as the work is done changing labor market, establishing and creating new jobs for new areas appear to meet labor needs, for this reason I believe that the right to work in our country must be well cared for proper application and even to improve the situation of the labor laws of our country. Given the problems described above decided to develop this research paper entitled: "THE RIGHT TO WORK AND CONTRARY TO THE WORK IS OUR CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS REGIME”, where I carry out an analysis of the doctrinal and Legal issues raised, achieving demonstrate the failure of the law and the urgent need to establish a procedure to regulate the rights enshrined in the constitution in relation to work, in order to avoid violating the employee's right to job security.
