Summary:At presentmarriageamong adolescentsis very common, and the question that follows fromthis is, that's right ornot approvethese marriagestake place?;For many, the answer is NO,because they think thatsuch relationshipsare proneto failureand evenargue thatthey have no future. And sothese smallhomesthat usuallytheir first monthsunfolddwell inthe house ofher in-lawsare formed. His early yearsare very"Happy", but overtimearecertain problems. Oncethey mature, they realize that one of theproblemsthat arises withthis marriageamong adolescents isthe lack of communicationwhich causesmarried lifebecomeshell, therebyleadingto abuse, to resenteach other, whichentails thata partywillbe unfaithfulto the other;usuallyit is in thosesituations in whicha series of feelingsas manifested: disappointment, failure becausemost had toleave school, their homes tobegin to fulfilltheir obligations andtheir role as parents, perhaps had to leavefunaside, friends, parties because there arecases wheretheir husbands/ asthey arehindered becausetheyare jealous. Thereforeit is worth askingwhether it is rightto authorizemarriage betweenadolescentsor at leastput morecriteriato authorizeit. Similarly, adolescents often havetrouble finding agood paying job. The owners, managers or directorsof a businesstend to seeadolescents asunreliablepeople. The most youcan expectyoung people aswageis the minimum wage, even whenthe two worksis quite hardliving, especially if they arestillin schooland cannot workfull time.Ifpostsecondarythe couple cannotgo to college, they can be trappedin a worldwith no futureandthey will not havea higher level ofeducationto findjobs wheretheir efforts arepaying. It is difficultfor teensto findjobs that paymore than the averagewage, because mostof them havehigh levels ofeducation. As a result, they have to havemore than one jobin order tosupport their families, which do not allowthem enoughtimeto continue their education. Sometimes, you may have problemswith their partnerswhen they areunable to care forthe needs oftheir families whoare payingrent or bills, food supply, housing, and others, economic hardshipcan cause problemsand divorcesin their relations. Sometimesteenagecouples get marriedas soon as theyare not even sureofwhom they areas individuals. As time goes onchangeand mature, developnew interestsand seekingknowledge and education.Teens matureas they grow. Worldwideconsiderthat marriage isa decentchance of beingheldand one of themost importantmilestonesin the life ofan adult. It is sadthat early marriageis far from beinga cause forcelebration.Unfortunately, whatoften happensisthat by imposinga boy ora girla marriage, end theirchildren andtheir fundamental rights areautomatically putsare severely compromised. This leads tothink betterbeforelegallyauthorizemarriage betweenminors, it canbe a decisionthat leadsto lowerthe failure of theirlives and theirgeneration. It isfor this reasonthat through this work, I try to findthe feasiblewaythat marriageamong teenagersdo not give, if not they meet theeighteen years of age, allowing therebyyoung peoplemature andrealizewhatthey really want inyour life, thereby achievingdecongestthe administrationof justice, that divorcesdo not occurat such a youngage. Given this situationis happeningamong teenagers, have developedthe current academiccontributioncontainsa detailed study oflegalframework that protectsthe situationof adolescents; The most relevantconclusions and recommendations, andamong the latter, most importantly, a draftaimed at guaranteeingthe rightsof adolescentsreforms.
