總結:The main objective of this curricular integration work was to develop aerobic resistance through the continuous method in athletes of the "Torres" Specialized Training Sports Club in the discipline of Taekwondo in Loja city, 2024. The approach used was mixed of a descriptive and correlational type with a quasi-experimental design. Several diagnostic instruments were applied, such as an interview to the coach of the Sports Club and a physical test of aerobic resistance to a sample of 14 participants. Once the diagnostic instruments were applied, the results of the application of the initial pre-test showed that the group under study had a poor aerobic endurance capacity with 12% in that range, 22% in the medium criterion, 33% in the good criterion and 33% in the excellent criterion, demonstrating that participants had regular aerobic resistance capacity. These findings show that it is viable to improve in some aspects of training. Based on these results, a training plan was designed and applied using the continuous method to develop aerobic endurance. This plan was structured in 21 training sessions, with typical exercises of Taekwondo, which focused on improving this physical capacity. This proposal is designed with the aim of enhancing the club's training direction and obtaining better sporting results. Then, a final post-test was applied where advances in the evolution of aerobic resistance were evidenced. It is concluded that before the application of the training plan there were deficiencies in the training to develop aerobic resistance. On the other hand, after the implementation of the training plan, the progress of this physical capacity was evident, demonstrating the effectiveness of the proposal using the continuous method.
