From an exploratory level, faced with a meager state of the art, a strategy with a “bibliographic review” cut was proposed; the compilation, organization, systematization and integration of the bibliographical references, as well as the systematic analysis developed that, the lack of training, work overload and ignorance, prevents an effective detection of child victims, subjects of rights to whom the State in guarantee of the superior interest must safeguard their integral development, special protection and a life free of violence |
