Sumario:It was considered important to investigate the impact of information and communication technologies in the learning of six subjects Graphic Design and Multimedia career´s third cycle of superior technological level of the Higher Technological Institute Daniel Alvarez Burneo, during the period September 2013 - February 2014. The main objective is to analyze how the proposed information technology and communication, influencing student learning of the third cycle of this Institution. Methods for this thesis were analytical, inductive, deductive, synthetic, descriptive and statistical in order to analyze learning. Also the survey and observation techniques, applied to 26 students and 6 teachers. As a general hypothesis was formulated: the management of information and communication technologies, influences learning of the six subjects for students of Graphic Design and Multimedia career´s third cycle of technological level Superior Technical Institute Daniel Alvarez Burneo, of the Loja city, period September 2013 - February 2014, from this one hypothesis, there are two specific ones which are showed inside this study. As results of the thesis indicate that students learn in relation to the methodology of the teacher, it is verified that the full use of information and communication technologies (ICTs), they are involved with is made Internet use. Students achieve higher learning outcomes in subjects where ICT is used more. No ICT for teamwork are used, this lack of use and therefore not in full compliance form, the model of Van Dijk access, access to skills. Managing ICT for teamwork, strengthens learning and the value of cooperation is encouraged, something only distinguished himself in a subject. As a general conclusion indicated that the use of different types of ICT, represent an opportunity to improve retention, comprehension and assimilation of knowledge and achieve learning. Its disuse causes gaps in knowledge. The recommendations suggested especially trained in the knowledge of the use and application of information and communication technologies, especially those used to working together. Also for students, to apply the ICTs in their activities in order to learning inside or outside of class.
