Sažetak:The aggressiveness affects the socialization of the subject in behavioral, emotional and affective especially academic, this thesis entitled: PROGRAM BASED ON TECHNIQUES PLAYFUL REDUCE THE AGGRESSIVENESS IN THE 8TH YEAR STUDENTS, PARALLEL TO, OF THE SCHOOL MIGUEL RIOFRÍO, PERIOD 2017-2018, which has been proposed as a general objective: to apply a program based on playful techniques to reduce aggression in the students of the Miguel Riofrío School. The research is of descriptive type, pre-experimental design, cross-section, the methods used were scientific, analytical, synthetic, deductive, inductive, and statistical, the technique was the observation, it had a daily record of activities, in a sample of 30 students; the applied instrument was the AQ aggressiveness questionnaire of Buss and Perry. The results (pre-test) considering the most significant levels (very high, high, medium) predisposition factors to aggressiveness is the hostility most used by students with 40% anger was also employed, but in a minor percentage which are located in the high level parameter. In the factor with action of aggressiveness, verbal aggression with a high level of employment by students with 23.33% physical aggression is also used by students, but with a lower percentage. After the proposal of intervention, the percentages decreased considerably, going down from a high level to a medium level, remaining as follows: hostility with 36.67%, verbal aggression with 13.33%, anger with 26.67%, physical aggression 33.33%. In conclusion, aggressive behaviors diminished, and playful techniques play a basic role in interpersonal relationships among learners, recommending their use and application in similar contexts, as well as tools for teachers.
