Etiketa erantsi | Gaia: | The problem under study in this project defined legal research is related to the area of social law and labor law particularly because considering the importance of labor relations between employer and employee need to be taken in the legal analysis of the problem under study that precisely relates to the Organic Law for Labor Justice and Labor Award in the Home, the same that was published in the Official Gazette, Third Supplement, No. 483 of 20 April 2015; A review of the regulations in question, we can infer that the affiliation is established by the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security housewives, constituting in the spirit of the law recognizes the work of home unpaid and allowing social protection the beneficiary or beneficiaries to certain social security rights, which at first glance would undoubtedly be a major breakthrough in labor matters; While beneficiaries of social security are granted the right to a retirement pension after serving a minimum of contributions established by law and the time required for it, they are not entitled to benefit comprehensively other privileges such as health care and loans IESS, which represents an impairment of the intangible right to social security; With this background it is necessary to propose alternatives that enable the recognition of the right to social security and comprehensive in optimal conditions, with objet to strengthen the universalization of the services provided by the IESS, protecting unrestricted rights of members and especially properly evaluating and planning the institutional coverage to meet efficiently and effectively contingencies required by the population on social security. |
