| Riassunto: | This final report of theses Area Social and Administrative Law , Business Administration career , is a quantitative and qualitative analysis concerning the general objective : Conduct a feasibility study for the implementation of a Service Restaurant Breakfast at Home and by Order in the city of Loja. Which was developed for market study , information was obtained by applying a survey to a sample of 399 people is equivalent to 187897 of the economically active population, by direct observation we can know if there businesses who offer similar services. With this information Technical Study was conducted in which it was determined that the size of the project is viable and that has a capacity used for the care of 68 orders per day in four hours , being used in 50% for the first year , second 60 % , third 70 % , fourth 80 % and for the fifth year with 90 % , and because its location is in a residential area that has all the basic services , access roads and transportation first order. We also carried out project engineering which determined the distribution of the plant product production process in which the steps before hiring the service and after contracting the service , process flow chart indicating the steps for the provision of the service with its respective time , machinery, equipment , labor and other supplies necessary for the company that provides breakfast delivery and request function normally. Then he established the Legal structure - Organisational which was part of the Companies Act , was performed the name of the company that will be in the form of limited company " DAWN Co. . Ltda " charts were established company they detail the hierarchical levels of authority, and developed the features guide for each of the jobs available in the company. In the same way we conducted a financial study , which includes the projected budget projection of the first five years of the project , establishing a net profit on sales of 15 % for the first year , 20 % to second , 25 % for the third, 30 % for the quarter and 35% for the fifth year, so this project is considered profitable for the investor. We also performed financial evaluation , same analysis performed after all indicators, it was determined that the development of this project is viable , as it would benefit the economically active population and their owners on the economic aspect , as is the Recovery of the investment is $ 25.618,87 in an acceptable time of less than two years, the net present value (NPV ) is $ 12.998,72, the cost benefit ratio (CBR ) is 1.24, which indicates that the company for every dollar invested will earn $ 0.24 cents. The Internal Rate of Return (IRR ) is 33.06% higher than the rate of opportunity. In the sensitivity analysis , it was determined that the project allows an increase of up to 10,22% in costs and a decrease of 8,29 % in the revenue so it is feasible to implement. In conclusion it was determined that the restaurant Breakfasts at Home and Lower Order in the City of Loja is a viable business plan from the point of view of analysis of market research, technical, legal, organizational and financial |
