| Zusammenfassung: | Ecuador has innumerable areas of great tourist interest distributed within its four regions. In the coastal region is Salatí, which is one of the three parishes belonging to the Portovelo canton, which is characterized by agricultural production and known for the elaboration, maceration and fermentation of Mallorca liquor. The present investigation uses mixed processes such as qualitative and quantitative for data collection, for which a general objective was set: to determine the value of Mallorca as a contribution to the tourist development of the cultural heritage of the Salatí parish, Portovelo canton, province of El Oro and two specific objectives: "Identify the traditional uses of Mallorca liquor and its contribution to the cultural tourism heritage of the Salatí parish", for which the methodology of Tourism Development Plans in Rural Territories of Marvin Blanco was applied, in its phase two of "Previous analysis of the territory" in which a bibliographical review was carried out to know the tourist potential of Salatí and the benefits of Mallorca liquor, in addition direct observation techniques were used, interviews with main producers, surveys were also applied to possible visitors to determine the profile of the tourist, finally a Pestel analysis and a SWOT analysis. tégico that determined the possible strategies to apply for a good tourist use of the Mallorca liquor; The second objective was: "Propose a tourist product based on Mallorca liquor that is produced in the Salatí parish", for which the aforementioned methodology of Marvin Blanco was used, in its phase one "Launch of the tourism development proposal in the territory", leaving the general criteria established for the future consolidation of the proposal, as results obtained it was determined that Mallorca liquor is the drink that visitors prefer and taste the most, which should be considered as cultural heritage of the parish due to its way of preparation, the tourist product of the Mallorca mills and liquor route was also determined as the most preferred by visitors as well as they prefer it. It concludes with the thesis work, making it known that the traditional Mallorca drink is eminently seen as a family economic livelihood and that it is made by custom and tradition, passing its production process from generation to generation to preserve its current properties. |
