| Özet: | The DePrati store is currently in a technological innovation stage with the goal of updating all its systems. This migration has reached the application used in the points of sale, which was developed in Visual Basic 6.0 in 2005 to help the company in its first digitization process. However, this technology has been discontinued in the market, therefore in 2019 it was developed with the Xamarin framework promoted by Microsoft. The objective of this thesis is to generate the architecture of a system that allows to manage the remote installation of applications on POS terminals in one of The DePrati stores. The thesis was divided into three phases that aimed to achieve three objectives. In the first phase, through observation technique, the remote installation the BPMN diagram technique, describing the steps that will be executed for its implementation through the UPDATER model. In the second phase, the detailed system architecture was designed using the ICONIX methodology. In the last phase, the ARID evaluation methodology was used to validate if the architecture meets the company's standards, to ensure the quality of the design. It was confirmed that the proposed design will serve the development stage as it meets the observed requirements. To conclude, improvements that may be Implemented based on this proposal are presented, such as the management of mobile application installers, the development of a reporting module that submits relevant information of POS terminals, and the creation of a module that enables to manage inventory of equipment, in order to improve the efficiency of the company's supply chain. Keywords: Remote installation, system architecture, BPMN, UPDATER model, ICONIX, ARID. |
