Gaia: | The objective of this project is to determine the feasibility for the creation of a producer of tomato sauce and its commercialization in Loja city, which has been executed all phases which has an investment project with the help of research tools, techniques, and methods to gather information. Applied to the study of market surveys both consumers and dealers allowing to determine two variables: the demand and supply. For the first year the potential demand is 50.517, real demand amounts to 30816 and the effective reach of 246524 bottles of 220 gr., tomato sauce. On the other hand offer for the same year amounts a: 21.027, giving as a result a 156.470, 220 gr tomato sauce bottles unmet demand. Also ran a marketing plan determining the four p's: product, price, place and promotion. Continued by determining the size and location. The company will have an installed capacity of 118.272 units of tomato sauce and capacity used for the first year is 82.790 using 70% of their machinery and equipment, and for the latter will be 106.445 bottles, instead using 90%. After that a study of the most important factors in determining the place where the company will be located, he did it from two points of view the macro and Provice, the company to implant will be located in the canton of Loja, Industrial Park, third stage, sector Amable Maria. Within the engineering of the project determined the process flow, which will be held for batches of 56 bottles of 200 g tomato sauce. with a time of 60 minutes. The administrative study the company to be created will have the social reason: living healthy Ltda., with a duration of 10 years, with a total investment is $ $ 105.025,04, divided into three kinds of assets the fixed $ $ 98.206,19; assets deferred with $ $ 1.113,00 and working with $ $ 5.705,86 capital. It will be financed investment in a 30% to the value of $ $ 31.507,51; and 70% that is the share capital amount is: $73.517,53. In terms of costs for the first year amount to: $78.898,76 and the unit to $0.95 cost, with a selling price of $1.33.
