FACTIBILIDAD PARA LA IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE UN CENTRO DE ATENCIÓN INTEGRAL PARA NIÑOS (AS) DE 2 A 5 AÑOS CON CAPACIDADES ESPECIALES, EN LA CIUDAD DE LOJA, PARA SU INSERCION SOCIO - EDUCATIVA

This document establishes the development of a "FEASIBILITY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF A COMPREHENSIVE CARE CENTER FOR CHILDREN (AS) FROM 2 TO 5 YEARS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS, IN THE CITY OF LOJA, FOR INSERTION SOCIO-EDUCATIONAL" in order to publicize this service, and tend to create a culture of inclusion of people with disabilities. For the project scientific, deductive, inductive method that helped me to develop the project and the different research techniques. It is considered published data for Ministry of Public Health –MSP, in the study conducted in April 2015, to the disabled population, which served as the basis for the fieldwork in the city of Loja, primary investigation for to advance the project. A literary review which contains the primary theoretical foundations, which allowed for a clearer understanding of the concepts and overall implementation of this project, was then performed. Following the Introduction that aims to show a summary of the project structure in which are; the market survey, technical survey, study and finally legal administrative and financial evaluation study found, these analyzes are 5 important because they determine the success or failure of the business idea. Here are the results, which forms the transcendental part of the project shows the application of these surveys and the respective deductions obtained on which he left for the relative analysis. Finally conclusions are drawn concerning those allowed to suggest some recommendations as to the results obtained, which are highlighted as an essential contribution and finally annexed bibliographic sources that make the process as proof of this thesis unfolds.
