总结: | Indiscipline in the classroom is a problem that increases every day in schools; therefore the objective of implementing a psycho-educational strategy arises, based on cognitive- behavioral techniques to improve discipline in the classroom. The study conducted was descriptive, cross sectional, with a quasi-experimental design. The methods used were: deductive, inductive, analytic, synthetic, historical, logical, comprehensive, diagnostic, modeling and statistical. A survey was given and an inventory of students´ behavior was set, students who hinder the normal development of the classes; sampling 20 students who were selected by their misbehavior, which was diagnosed through the psycho- pedagogical intervention project in module V, to justify pre-professional practices links with the community. The results (pretest) were: 70,00% of children show challenging attitudes and 60,00% breached their duties; once applied the psycho-educational strategy (posttest), the 90,00% improved her/his behavior (the first behavior) and 95,00% the second behavior. An r (xy) = 0, 99 was reached, which means a very high positive correlation. As a conclusion, students have inadequate behavior in the classroom, post intervention they improved attitudes towards the teacher and the institution. It is recommended to the authorities of the Basic Education School Rosa Grimaneza Ortega to create training spaces for teachers, who must be trained in the handling of psycho- educational strategies regarding school coexistence |
