| الملخص: | Abstract. The present research work entitled “CHARACTERIZATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE “TEJAR DE JERICÓ” NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE CITY OF LOJA AND PERSPECTIVES OF STRENGTHENING FROM THE VIEW OF SOCIAL WORK” was developed through a study carried out on the residents of the Tejar de Jericó neighborhood, for which quantitative and qualitative scientific research was applied, making it possible to respond to the objectives set in the research. The main findings found in the research indicate that the different elements that affect the community directly affect the organization and instability of the neighborhood, such as: little leadership, conflicts between neighbors, little participation of community members in decision- making and scarce teamwork on the part of the board of directors and residents, which has been aggravating the disorganization and does not allow a positive development for the community. That is why the collective and active participation of the residents and the role they play are essential in the process of community development. For which, the research will respond to the objectives set where the specific objectives agreed to identify the theories according to the themes on the organizational structure and the perspectives of strengthening, which led to know the causes and consequences of little organization community, which allows to establish an intervention proposal and provide possible solutions to the investigated topic. The methodology applied in the research was based on the scientific method, duly accompanied by the inductive and deductive method, which allowed to start the research focusing on the collection of information using strategies that admitted the appreciation and collaboration of the 5 social actors, likewise it was possible to obtain relevant information according to the object of study through the application of interviews and surveys to the residents of the community. According to the investigation, it was possible to identify the little community organization on the part of the residents and the leadership deficit on the part of the directive. Which influences the development of the community, so it is intended that the residents encourage development based on participation, motivation, teamwork and leadership for the organization. It is very important to emphasize the participation of the Social Worker to strengthen the community through guidance and training to achieve social well-being, for which an intervention proposal was designed called: “ORGANIZATIONAL STRENGTHENING OF THE “TEJAR DE JERICÓ” NEIGHBORHOOD OF THE CITY OF LOJA. |
