| Тойм: | The present thesis project is entitled: "PROJECT OF FEASIBILITY FOR THE CREATION OF A COMMERCIALIZING COMPANY OF SEMEN BUNCHES OF BOVINE CATTLE FOR THE IMPROVEMENT AND PRODUCTIVE DEVELOPMENT OF MILK IN THE CANTÓN LOJA PROVINCIA DE LOJA". The general objective that guided the present investigation was to develop a feasibility project for the creation of an importing and commercializing company of semen straws of bovine cattle for the improvement and productive development of milk in the Loja canton of the province of Loja. The study that was applied to the cattle ranchers of the province of Loja, having to conduct a survey and obtaining a sample of it, 84 cattle dealers of Loja canton and interviewing 13 suppliers that provide this service. The methodology used for this thesis project was: The analytical method, descriptive, inductive, deductive, statistical and the techniques used were the survey and interview. In the market study, the following results were obtained: Potential Demand 74.44% equivalent to 157,296 people, Real Demand 94.95% equivalent to 149.353655 people, Annual Effective Demand 1,194,824 services, Annual Offer 10,080 services, Annual Unsatisfied Demand 1,184 .774 services. In the Technical study it was determined that if 100% of the installed capacity is worked, this new company could offer up to 8,480 services per year, in the first year 80% of its installed capacity will be used, therefore it will be possible to offer up to 6,784 services . The Financial Study determined that it will be necessary to invest in fixed assets an amount of $ 18,142.88, in deferred assets $ 4,126.37 and for one month of operation, $ 8,944.20 of current assets will be required; Giving a total investment of $ 31,213.54; The sales price of each service obtained is $ 21.35 for the first year and multiplied by the services offered in the first year (6,784 services) gave us a total income of $ 144,823.90; In the income statement in the first year, net income is $ 19,942.25; The break-even point originates in $ 93,866.71 in sales and in 64.75% of installed capacity. In the Financial Evaluation the results obtained were: Net Present Value (NPV) 58,589.82, Internal Rate of Return (TIR) 77.76%, Cost Benefit Ratio (RBC) 1.30, Capital Recovery Period (PRC) 1 Year 3 months 10.8 days, and in the Sensitivity Analysis was obtained a 0.99 with an increase in costs of 16.95%, and in a Decrease in Revenue of 12.78% with a sensitivity of 0.98. The results showed that there is an unsatisfied demand for the services of a commercial company of bovine semen straws for the improvement and productive development of milk in the canton Loja province of Loja, "concluding further that this project if feasible. |
